Please ensure that you are located as close to ground level as possible and able to detect at least 2 other Wi-Fi networks. If you are situated in a tall building and on a high floor, this can also have a negative effect and prevent your location from being accurately pinpointed using Wi-Fi.If your device does not have Wi-Fi capabilities, we suggest that you obtain a Wi-Fi adapter from any major computer electronics retailer.You do not need to be connected to the Internet using Wi-Fi, but you should be able to detect at least 2 other Wi-Fi networks.
